Why is my meal verdict amber when the food felt healthy?
Tatva weighs the worst of three pillars. A dish can be gentle on the gut and liver but still spike blood sugar — that's what amber is telling you. Tap "Why amber?" on the verdict screen for the specific reason.
How do I connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect?
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Tatva → enable the categories you want shared. Android: open the Health Connect app → App permissions → Tatva → grant read access.
Can I edit my profile after onboarding?
Yes. Profile tab → tap the Edit pill in the header.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@mytatva.app from the address you signed in with. We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days.
I'm not in India — can I still use Tatva?
Yes. Tatva auto-detects your country and adapts food vocabulary and tips accordingly. Hindi is offered when your device region is India; everywhere else defaults to English.
